1. New Game +, Survival Challenge Mode, Music Test, Old Film Filter - Complete the game on any level of difficulty.
2. Path Of The Mentor Mode, Fiend costume - Complete the game on Path Of The Warrior difficulty.
3. Path Of The Master Ninja Mode - Complete the game on Path Of The Mentor difficulty.
4. Red Ninja Outfit - Complete the game on the Path of the Acolyte difficulty.
5. Camouflage Ninja Outfit - Complete the game on the Path Of The Warrior difficulty.
6. Black Jaguar Outfit - Complete the game on the Path of Mentor difficulty.
7. Golden Ninja Outfit - Complete the game on the Path of the Master Ninja difficulty.
